Logom.ai is an AI-powered logo and design generation platform. By using the site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use.

Logom.ai generates logos and visual designs using artificial intelligence based on text provided by users (brand name, description, prompt, etc.).

The generated content is created automatically, and:

  2. No guarantee of third-party rights compliance is provided
  3. The user is responsible for commercial use

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The user agrees to:

  2. Not infringe the rights of third parties
  3. Not create harmful, illegal, or misleading content
  4. Assume full responsibility for the use of generated content

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, design, brand, logos, and content belonging to Logom.ai are protected.

The user may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse the platform without written permission from Logom.ai.

5. SERVICE DELIVERY

Logom.ai does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

It reserves the right to modify, suspend, or restrict access to the platform at any time.

6. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Services provided through Logom.ai are based on digital content and instant generation.

The user may cancel their order and request a refund before the production process begins.

Once the production process starts (e.g., when the “generate” action is initiated), the service is considered rendered, and no refund is possible after this stage.

Logom.ai has no refund obligation for completed digital transactions.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Logom.ai is not responsible for:

  1. Content created by the user
  2. Any consequences arising from the use of such content
  3. Third-party claims of rights infringement

The service is provided “as is.”
