Delivery and Refund Terms

1. GENERAL

These Delivery and Refund Terms set out the rules regarding the delivery, use, cancellation, and refund processes of digital services provided through the Logom.ai platform.

Logom.ai is a digital platform that provides AI-powered logo and design generation services. All services purchased through the platform are not physical goods but are delivered as digital content and digital services.

2. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Services purchased through Logom.ai are delivered digitally.

After successful completion of the payment process, the purchased service is made available to the user’s account and becomes accessible through the system.

Logo generation and design creation processes are automatically carried out by the system after being initiated by the user.

Depending on the nature of the purchased service, delivery may occur instantly or within a short period of time in most cases.

Logom.ai does not provide any physical product delivery.

3. PERFORMANCE OF DIGITAL SERVICES

Services provided by Logom.ai are generated through AI systems based on user inputs such as brand name, description, prompt, industry information, slogans, and uploaded content.

Once the user initiates the generation process (e.g., “create”, “generate”, or similar actions), the performance of the digital service is deemed to have started.

All generated logos and design outputs are considered digital content.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Services provided through Logom.ai are considered digital content and electronically performed instant services.

Therefore:

  1. The user may request cancellation before the generation process begins.
  2. Once the AI-powered logo generation process has started, the service is deemed fully performed.
  3. No refunds can be issued after logo generation, design creation, or credit usage has started.
  4. Completed digital transactions are non-refundable.

However, refund requests may be reviewed in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate (double) payments
  2. Failure to provide the service due to a system error
  3. Inability to use the purchased service due to technical issues

Refund requests are evaluated by Logom.ai, and if approved, refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment method used.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under applicable consumer protection laws and distance selling regulations, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content and instantly performed electronic services.

The user acknowledges that the purchased digital service begins immediately upon initiation.

Therefore, the right of withdrawal may expire once the generation process has started.
