Logom.ai Personal Data Processing Disclosure Text

This Disclosure Text has been prepared by Logom.ai (“Platform”) within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and aims to inform users about the scope in which their personal data is processed, the purposes for which it is used, how long it is stored, and the rights they have.

All natural persons who visit, register to, or benefit from the Platform’s services are considered within the scope of this text. Personal data transmitted to us through Logom.ai is processed in accordance with applicable legislation, protected, and necessary security measures are taken.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

1. DEFINITIONS

Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698;

“Explicit consent” means consent based on information and expressed with free will regarding a specific subject,

“Anonymization” means making personal data incapable of being associated with an identified or identifiable natural person under any circumstances,

“Data subject” means the natural person whose personal data is processed,

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,

“Processing of personal data” means any operation performed on personal data,

“Data processor” means the natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authority granted by the data controller,

“Data controller” means the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data,

“User” refers to the natural or legal person using the Logom.ai platform.

2. LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Logom.ai adopts as a fundamental principle compliance with all applicable legislation regarding the protection of personal data. Personal data is processed under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Consumer Protection Law, and other relevant legislation.

By using the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the provisions of this policy.

3. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Logom.ai acts in accordance with law and good faith principles when processing personal data, ensures that data is accurate and up to date when necessary, processes it for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, ensures it is relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purpose, and retains it for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation.

The Platform processes user data only to the extent necessary for the provision of services.

4. CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK. In this context, personal data may be processed based on legal grounds such as explicit consent of the user, necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, protection of the legitimate interests of the data controller, or establishment, exercise, or protection of a right.

5. METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may be collected electronically through the website, membership forms, contact forms, payment systems, cookies, user transactions, and technical log records.

Logom.ai takes necessary technical and administrative security measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data.

6. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may be processed for purposes such as creating and managing user accounts, providing AI-supported logo generation services, fulfilling user requests, executing payment transactions, providing technical support, improving service quality, carrying out security processes, preventing misuse, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving user experience.

Prompts, brand names, slogans, descriptions entered into the system, and uploaded images by the user may be processed for the purpose of providing AI-supported design and logo generation services.

7. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may be shared with cloud infrastructure providers, payment service providers, technical service providers, analytics service providers, and artificial intelligence service providers for the purpose of service delivery.

Due to the fact that some service providers are located abroad, personal data may be transferred to servers located outside the country. Logom.ai acts in compliance with KVKK provisions in data transfer processes.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Logom.ai takes necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of personal data. In this context, security measures such as SSL security infrastructure, access control systems, server security, log records, and data access restrictions are implemented.

9. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, users have the right to learn whether personal data is processed, request information regarding processed data, learn the purpose of processing personal data, learn third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, request deletion or destruction of personal data, and request compensation for damages.

10. COOKIES

Cookies may be used on the Platform to improve user experience, measure performance, and ensure security. Cookies are used for purposes such as session management, analytics, performance measurement, security processes, and remembering user preferences.

11. ABOUT ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE OUTPUTS

Logom.ai generates logos and designs through artificial intelligence systems. The Platform does not guarantee that the generated content is completely original or does not infringe third-party rights.

The user accepts that all legal responsibility arising from the use of generated content belongs to them.

12. DELETION AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is stored for the period specified in the relevant legislation or for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing. When the purpose of processing ceases to exist, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the legislation.

13. CHANGES

Logom.ai reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy. The current policy text becomes effective from the date it is published on the Platform.
